Enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. Friendly and professional staff in a clean hotel. The most pleasant suprise was daily cleaning services. New coffee machines available 24 hours as well. Washer and dryer are less expensive than expected (both under $2 a load per machine at the time of review). A word of caution for anyone wishing to use those machines, there are only two for the whole hotel. Easy access to/from the interstate.
The service was super. The room was clean and appropriate but the shower had no hot water and a long hair on the wall which was a bit concerning. I 10:10 had a great experience with the staff and really want to highlight that. The room overall was clean, beds were comfortable. The TV wouldn't get a clear view and the internet wasn't great. I got it to connect, but it was too slow to answer emails on so I did have to use my Hotspot. I would have also liked a hot tub. But overall the staff made the experience so I did give it 4 stars overall.

Whether you are just tired from traveling and you need a place to spend the night without the fear of a dirty motel or Perhaps you are visiting the area. This is the best place to stay in Carlisle. It is located in a great spot, there is plenty of food options close by. Downtown Carlisle is beautiful, with places to shop and nice restaurants. The hotel is located literally right off interstate 81 so easy on easy off. I work in the Carlisle area so I’ve been staying here often for the last year and a half and I won’t stay anywhere else. The staff is the friendliest and the management is like no other. They actually care and take pride in the place. I do not like dirty places and I have a little bit of a germ phobia but this place is always kept so clean. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. I can assure you that.
Very new hotel. Did more of an extended stay. Rooms are clean but had to ask for a full refresh after just towels and bed being made on day 8. Would be nice if that happened without asking a few days earlier, never had that issue and I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels. Overall very clean. Front desk was extremely friendly. Only con was the highway noise.
Exceptional staff, great parking, great building upkeep. Normal wear & tear - chipped bathtub porcelain, scuffed cabinet kick panels - but everything in perfect working order and kept very clean. Great shower head, excellent water pressure. Breakfast nook is modestly sized but excellent. Two Omelette options, French toast, bacon, bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, and fruit. Coffee is from fresh ground per-cup machine and is outstanding. Seating is good and area is kept tidy. Highway road noise is present but not at all annoying. Be aware there are many trucking & logistics facilities nearby, so slightly higher truck related noises can be heard. Room air conditioner can be quite loud. I have no trouble sleeping with it, but some may find objectionable. Bed was very comfortable, the soft pillows were exactly what I prefer. Clean room and great amenities. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was actually edible. I came in here absolutely ragged, this morning I feel ready.
Stayed overnight in Carlisle, PA for work and I enjoyed my experience at this hotel! My room was clean and the evening staff was very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfy. For some reason I started to run out of hot water towards the end of my shower but otherwise, everything was great. I couldn't stay for breakfast, but it is included with your stay.
